KALAKIRKKO - or Fish Church
Ever wanted to learn how to smoke a fish? or simply want some extra handy hints?
Come along before the service, from 10am, to watch and learn how the Saastamoinens do it, having passed down the tradition and technique to the Kirks.
This is followed by a fish-themed church service, which caters for children and adults, at 11am.
All this is followed by a garden party, where we will enjoy the smoked fish, some nakki and plenty of side dishes that will keep you going all day.
